Shevchenko was a fighter against Jaimelene Nievera at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina utilized her strike abilities in order to TKO Nievera in the clinch through knees that hit the body. Antonina's UFC contract was renewed following the win. Antonina Shevchenko was able to make her UFC debut in the TUF Heavy Hitters' finale in which she was fought against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko beat Roxanne Modafferi with a split decision fight. She won the initial fight with a unanimous verdict. Antonina rebounded from her loss to defeat Lucie Pudilova with a back-naked choke submission in the second round UFC on ESPN Covington Vs. Lawler. She earned her second fight of the evening in this bout. Shevchenko was a 1-2 winner over the next three fights, losing to Ariane Lipski while falling to Katlyn Chookagian and Andrea Lee. Antonina was lastly defeated by Casey O'Neill via TKO at UFC Fight Night Santos -Walker.
